You may raise a return request at email@example.com in following case:
a. If the delivered product is not same (brand,model number, qty) as what he/she placed in order.
b. If there is some issue due to delivery agency’s mishandling. For this user will have to give reasonable proof of delivery mishandling.
No Return Policy :
You may not raise a return request in the following cases:
a. If the product is no longer in your use.
b. Once the lalaShop backend team has contacted the customer for order confirmation, and order has been processed with the customer’s consent.
C. As a trader lalaShop provides right and maximum information to its buyer, but for more clarification, please read the information from manufacture’s website, due to lake of information of manufacturer, order may not be cancelled or returned.
